Welcome to Holiday Home Meissnitzer! Our home is located in Haus im Ennstal, in the heart of the Schladming-Dachstein region – the ideal place for hiking, cycling, skiing, relaxing, and enjoying yourself!
Holiday Home Meissnitzer
Holiday Home Meissnitzer is quietly yet centrally located right on Schlossplatz in Haus im Ennstal. A bakery, bank, post office, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The house accommodates up to 10 people and features one bathroom, two separate toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room. There are 3 separate bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and one with a double bed and bunk bed. All three also have a sink.
In winter, you’ll benefit from the ideal location: the ski slope leads almost directly to the front door, and the ski bus stop is only 50 meters away, making it easy and convenient to reach the slopes.
In summer, the holiday home is the perfect starting point for hikes, bike tours, and numerous leisure activities.

Apartments Meissnitzer
Our two cozy apartments are located less than a 5-minute walk from the Hauser Kaibling valley station – ideal for your mountain holiday. The apartments offer everything you could wish for: a fully equipped kitchen, separate bedrooms, and a top location. Restaurants, a supermarket, and a ski rental shop are all within easy walking distance.
In winter, you can be on the ski slopes in just a few minutes, and in summer, hikes and bike tours start right at the nearby gondola station.
Here you can enjoy comfort, tranquility, and the perfect conditions for either active or relaxing vacation days.

Summer – Hikes & Activities
Hikes on the Hauser Kaibling:
There are two gondolas, both about a 10-minute walk from the house: the nostalgic Tauern Cable Car and the Hauser Kaibling Gondola. Popular routes include the hike to Moaralmsee or the SCHAFsinn circular trail, which is also suitable for families.
Kneipp facility in Weißenbach:
A real insider tip is the outdoor Kneipp facility – perfect for cooling off and refreshing after a hike.
Water fun at the outdoor adventure pool in Haus and at Aich Lake:
The outdoor pool in Haus features a giant slide and a beach volleyball court. Also nearby is the recreational lake in Aich.
Pit-Pat course in front of the holiday home:
Fancy a game of mini golf with a twist? Then the Pit-Pat course (Pit-Pat is a combination of billiards and mini golf) in Haus im Ennstal is just the thing!
Wolli’s Kids Park on the Hauser Kaibling:
Here you’ll find various attractions such as water zorbing, aquapaddlers, and a tubing track. You can also try disc golf – a course where you throw Frisbee discs into baskets.
Cycling in the region:
There are numerous mountain bike routes for all levels. Downhill beginners and children can practice best on the Singletrack Haus-Aich. The Enns Cycle Path is also highly recommended.
Winter – Activities On & Off the Slopes
Skiing & Snowboarding
Hauser Kaibling: Hauser Kaibling is the local mountain of Haus im Ennstal and the highest of the four ski mountains. It is known for its wide, sunny slopes, ideal for leisurely skiing. It is also part of the 4-Mountain Ski Circuit!
Wolli’s Kids Park: Right at the valley station of Hauser Kaibling, there is a practice area for children and beginners, equipped with magic carpets and a platter lift.
Winter hiking and snowshoeing: Away from the hustle and bustle of the slopes, you can enjoy the peacefulness of winter on numerous winter hiking trails. Idyllic routes lead through snow-covered forests and offer magnificent views of the Dachstein-Tauern region.
Winter Sports Museum: Just a stone’s throw away, the Winter Sports Museum showcases the history of skiing in the region.
